Reducing weight in short period of time

This is Nicole. I am a new member of this community.
What is the best way to reduce weight in a short period of time?

drink plenty of water,not too much salt, get lots of fiber and protien but also try some small excersizes that you can do threw out your day without looking like it, like taping your foot, sucking in your stomach, chewing gum(gum burns over 11 calories an hour so if you chewed gum for 1 hour a day you could lose 2 pounds a year, of course it has to be sugar free gum or it defeats the purpose) ect. its also about shifting your calories and cutting down on them, and low sugar foods, and try drinking 2-3 cups of green tea a day,it replaces ur coffes and high sugar sodas and high calories drinks and shakes, its also great for your skin,health and boosts your metabolisum. also no eating late befor sleep or none of the calories will get burned

squeeze a lemon to a glass of lukewarm water and add a teaspoon of honey to it.drink it regularly early in the morning.it really helps!!

The best way to reduce weight is to manage your diet. If you can get a diet plan according to your health then it will help you to reduce weight fast.

wow 40lbs.
The only thing that scares me about losing it fast, is usually it comes back just as fast.
You have to want to change and keep at the change
It's really hard to do...just be careful with the whole losing it fast thing.
If it was that easy we'd all be skinny!

Best way to lose weight is exercise. Do a lot of walking daily. Eat the right food in the right proportions. Balance is important.

1. Drink plenty of water regularly.
2. Take lukewarm lemon water with honey daily early in the morning.
3. Take care about your calories. How much calories you eat daily and how much you burn.
4. Make a proper diet chart according to your height and weight and follow it honestly.
5. Do regular exercise like running, cardio, aerobics and yoga it will help you to lose and maintain weight.
6. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables and avoid junk food.
