Welcome to e health forum.

A evolving Red rash which is spreading could be due to either conditions like Dermatitis, Viral infections, Vascular inflammatory conditions (vasculitis), blood disorders (platelet deficiency) and others.

Lack of itching and swelling rule out allergic conditions (which includes insect bites).

Keeping the area clean with antiseptics and use of topical antibiotics (triple antibiotic) can help prevent secondary infection and aid healing. Use of antiinflammatory medications can help with any swelling and pain. Any associated itching can be helped with the use of antihistamines (benadryl).

It would be highly recommended that you consult a dermatologist or your primary care doctor and seek a proper medical opinion.
