i have a red itchy bump on my labia on the top next to my clit, it hurts to touch it and it feels hard. i really dont know what it is, any help?

The bump that you are describing should be examined to see what it is. It could either be a sebaceous cyst, a folliculitis related problem or a blocked Bartholin gland duct.
Get it examined by your healthcare provider/gynecologist to identify what it is and start with treatment as indicated.
