I have a red bump on the top of my left foot and I also have vericose veins on my left leg. I may have hit the foot or maybe a mosquito bit it. the bump isn't going away and when i put my runners on today i limped with some pain. What could cause this and how can i get rid of the bump?

Thanks for using this forum....

The bump may be a callous formed due to ill fitting shoes or excess pressure on it...if its red and painful it might be infected..you should have an opinion from the physician who can examine it...I would advice you to expose your feet to air and take care of their hygeine.....

take care....
