Hi, I m 43 year male. Recently I m dealing with rectal leakage. I feel discomfort and can feel that something is leaking. At that time I can also smell. So I am very embarrassed to be around people all the time. When I wipe it almost looks like same as after bowel movements.
I went to doctor and then specialist who had done a smaller version of colonoscopy. Told me nothing wrong. But my situation getting worse. I really dont know what to do. I am almost afraid of going out, be in a meeting...
It’s affecting my life big time. Please help

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Your presentation of symptoms is consistent with functional bowel disorder. If you have strong suspicion of rectal leakage then go for anal monometry.
