Welcome to ehealthforum,
Irregular periods can be due to various reasons. The common causes involve anovulatory cycles during puberty, PCOD, ovarian problems, etc (not necessarily due to rape unless you are severely stressed which can affect hormonal balance and periods). You should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation to look for the underlying cause and help you get started with treatment to regulate your periods. Once you start having regular cycles, you can consider getting ready for pregnancy. Discuss your pregnancy plans with your treating doctor/gynecologist. If hormonal or PCOD problems are detected, appropriate treatment would be started to help you get pregnant when you are ready for pregnancy.
Take care.
