I keep randomly getting dizzy spells and feel like I cant breath. Its a trippy surreal feeling as to what one would describe when they are on shrooms but Im not doing drugs or anything. I get tingles over my body and most textures I cant feel but others are intensified. My vision has kind of a pulsating dizzy way to it and my throat feels like its closed up and I cant breathe even though in my head I know Im breathing just fine. It feels like Im in a dream and my mind is just watching my body go nuts and watching everything going on around me without actually being there. It scares me to no end that I dont know whats wrong with me or if there is a way to fix it, can you help me please???

Thanks for using this forum....

It seems you are obscessed with the idea of watching yourself breathe, you need to dissociate from it before you get nuts thinking only about that..Get busy and forget about your body and stuff, the thoughts wil lead to even worse stress and will be disabling..TRY and adopt a hobby or stuff and get busy....

take care....
