Question regarding lump on anus

I searched and could not find another place to post this. I do not think that I have anal cancer, but again I did not see a topic for gastroenterology.
I am 27, female, and have a lump on my anus about the size of a marble.
Note: it is not bleeding
I have had the HPV shots
And I do have IBS symptoms, and have for years.

What could it be, hopefully nothing serious?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

It can be an anal tag, hemorrhoid, abscess, fistula or indeterminate growth. Digital rectal exam should be done and associated nodes should be looked for. Further management would depend upon the findings of the physical examination and digital rectal exam.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
