Question about missed period and other side-effects

Over the last year or so my girlfriend experienced upset stomach, diarrhea, and bloated ness regularly. And, as of the past three months three major events happened which has me very anxious: 1) she has not gotten her period for about 3 months. 2) her last pap came back abnormal. And 3) her doctor felt a lump in the uterus during the pap. I know I am not supposed to read online, but all 3 of these symptoms indicate on Google potential Cancer. Based on the symptoms I described, is Cancer probable?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
All these symptoms are unrelated and never indicates any cancerous etiology.First rule out pregnancy at an earliest by doing a simple urine testing and if she is found non-pregnant,meet her doctor at an earliest.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
