Pulsating pain in back of head., a small lesion on my brain

I started getting this weird pulsating pain in the right back part of my skull sometimes in the left. It pulsates for a few seconds and then stops. Afterwards my scalp feels really tight. I also have been experiencing a lot of issues with burning in my arm and neck. My doctor says it's anxiety but I don't know if I buy that. A year ago they found a small lesion on my brain after I suffered weakness, tingling, and heaviness in both arms. Any idea what could be going on?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Anxiety and tension headaches are two possibilities. Some muscle relaxants, tylenol and rest would help.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
