Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If prior urination has been done before vaginal penetration, then chances of pre-cum containing sperms being released are nil. She can consider waiting and watching for her next periods. However if concerned and not ready for pregnancy, she can also consider taking repeat dosage of ECP within 48 hours of unprotected intercourse (although repeated use of ECP is not recommended). You should have considered avoiding unprotected sexual contact until she had her periods/withdrawal bleeding. If pregnancy gets ruled out, and if you are not ready for pregnancy, but intend to remain sexually active, you should consider getting her started on suitable regular birth control measures to be protected (after her periods). She should be regular with birth control use as instructed.
Take care.
