Puberty and Development Question

Am I slow to develop or have I stopped? I started growing breasts around 10 or 11. They kept growing until I was about 14. I am currently 16 years of age and they haven't changed since I was 14. I've heard of the "Tanner Stages" and my breasts seem to be stuck at that "mound on mound" phase. I've had my period for about 2 or 3 years now and it's still irregular. I was concerned maybe I have a hormonal problem? I've heard of women who had development issues and had to see doctors for hormone supplements. I'd just like to know if I should wait since I'm still young or if I should start asking my mom about seeing a doctor.

Since you had breasts now for almost 5 years and you have not seen any change in the last 2 years, now will be a good time to talk to your mom.

Best of luck!
