I'm traumatized even after 4.5 years from previous ex-girlfriend lying about birth control to achieve my consent sexually. Now, I am assuming a lot of women are going to do the same. I have not dated since my previous ex-girlfriend.

I have had some nightmares and bad dreams about women using me to obtain my sperm against my will. It has developed into a kind of mild paranoia that plagues me all the time.

I know it isn't rational, but with my symptoms of ptsd and OCD, it is chronically an obstacle.

I've done psychotherapy for over 8 years now, and it has helped. But, I'm still struggling on some level with this issue and always kind of dwelling in the past and worried about the future in which I will somehow be forced to "give up myself" to another female that wishes to use me for my sperm to obtain pregnancy.

If you have such concerns and you do not have plans for parenthood, then the best option to live a carefree life and enjoy your sex life would be to undergo a vasectomy.

This would be the complete solution to your psychiatric issues and worries.
