PSA rising under hormone therapy

My Father(55 yrs) having prostate with multiple bone metatsis last year diagonesd.He's on hormone therapy ,3 months back his medicine was changed from biclutamide to Honvan when his PSA become 273 from 1.8 but in recent his PSA raised to 277.Doctgor suggested to carry on with Honvan as it sustained it 270's.But within 15 days it has rose upto 320(but in different lab).There are two suggestions by the doctor to have either chemotherapy or give a try once to ketoconezole.
Kindly help us on this..plz help!!
