Prostrate Enlargement surgery - options without insurance

Hello,

my dad is 75 yrs old. he needs a prostate enlargement surgery. he has been suffrering from bph and has been advised surgery. i want him to be treated here or in canada. he does not have medical insurance. he resides in india. but i want his surgery to be done here in the us or in canada. what will be the cost of surgery, meds, hospitalization etc. there is no one in india to look after him.

any help with this will be apreciated.

Mexico would be cheaper, U.S. probably an out patient with catheter around $3,000. that is using device to heat or freeze to shrink
