I have been reading a lot lately about moringa. Some doctors recommend every man should be taking moringa to help in the prevention of prostate cancer not to menetion the amazing nutritional benefits moringa has. It is being used for the dietary supplement for pregnant women and children in 3rd world countries because it is so nutritious. It is also a great detox for your body and it is the only plant that contains the 8 essential amino acids needed daily that our body doesn't produce naturally.

Beta-Sitosterol
As long as it contains Beta-Sitosterol then it should be good. I suggest a product called Maximum Prostate.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its not very effective. The only best preventive strategy is screening to detect it in early curable stage.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
