Back pain symptoms may seem obvious. But do you know when symptoms of back pain are more serious or when to see a doctor? Learn what action to take & when...
I've had this pain for 2 months now. I'm 23 and in moderately good shape. I wake up with much stiffness and pain. Activity throughout the day and stretching in the shower alleviates the pain somewhat. But, it is always present. When I put my chin to my chest the pain intensifies. When I am laying down and stretch the heels of my feet outward the pain intensifies. I'm always fatigued as I wake up throughout the night with stiffness and soreness. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You need to see a spine surgeon. they are the ones with the most knowledge on what may or may not be going on with your spine.

Either an orthopedic surgeon that specializes in spines or a neurosurgeon that specializes in spines only, is what you need.

Once you have been evaluated and had any tests done, usually an MRI, to help diagnose what is going on, a treatment plan can be devised for you.

Good luck
