problem with feeling bowel movement?

User Profile
I have had a problem with feeling bowel movement at the end of my rectum. This started after the birth of my 2nd child 23 years ago. It was a vaginal birth after cessarean of my 1st birth. They had to use a forcep to remove her stuck shoulders and they also had to do a lot of stiches after she was born. I daily have some (although small) defication in my panties. I now wear pantyliners everyday and change them several times a day. I tried flushing my system so that there wouldn't be a back up of poop. It did not work.

I had sex with a boyfriend yesterday and diarrhea'd all over the place.

What could be wrong with me?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The chances of an opening present connecting vagina and rectum cannot be ruled out. This can only be confirmed after a careful examination done by a gynecologist or a surgical gastroenterologist. Repeated injury or trauma can lead to damages. Do not delay your visit to the gynecologist or a surgical gastroenterologist. Do not try any self medication (if not right, it might worsen symptoms for you).
Take care.
