Hi everybody,
i am having a really hard time waking up im the mornings, no matter how much i sleep, so i wanted to ask you a few questions, maybe you can help :\

on average, how many nights do you have difficulty sleeping?
does it happen to you every night or once a week?
Did you try to diagnose or treat the problem?
Which products or methods do you know and can recommendd, for those who suffer from sleeping problems?

Unrefreshing sleep is one of the red flags for apnea. You would be well advised to see your doctor for a checkup.
