Pricking sensation on face,scalp and hands.

I experience pricking sensation on my scalp,hands and face any time my body heats up. It occurs when i eat anything hot, when i engage in an activity that would elevate my body temperature or when am out in a scorching sun.This is scaring me a lot. Please help me to find out the cause of this condition.
