Dear All,

My fiance and I are thinking about having a baby after wedding of course Smile

I know that it takes several months for woman to prepare herself to become mother. I really would be thankful to receive some good advises (steps to be made) on what procedures, what vitamins etc i should take to prepare myself for pregnancy.

Thank you!

Especially eHealthy
Eris,

A healthy lifestyle is important, good weight (not to thin or overweight), eating healthy and balanced, removing toxins from your life (smoke, alcohol, drugs).

Also do yourself a BIG favor - learn about your fertility and how to track it. Research 'fertility awareness methods' (FAM). This is probably the most important thing you can do to know when to have baby making sex. Look at FertilityFriend (dot com). They have a free online training course that are very good and extensive.

Start to keep track of your cycles if you are not already doing so.

It takes two to make a baby so your fiance should also clean up his lifestyle.

Do you have regular cycles? Did you go for a gynecological exam yet?

Best of luck!
