I am 4 months pregnant and my physician recommended me a prenatal massage.
Do anyone have an idea of this? I have severe pain on my back. Will this helps?
Can you suggest the best therapy centre or clinic who provides the best ? Thank You!

Welcome to this forum.
Back pain is quite common in pregnant state. I don't think the massage will be helpful here. I suggest you to meet your doctor for an opinion regarding prenatal light exercise. Meanwhile you can take hot dry compress over the area twice a day for a temporary relief.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.
