Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Having mild abdominal cramps are common during pregnancy. If the symptoms are specifically after having food, then it could suggest possibility of gastric issues. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation and assistance. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigation results) would be started to help you. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Drink plenty of water.
Take care.
