Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Motilium is relatively safe and very little evidence exist of any teratogen association. Omeprazole is a class c drug in pregnancy. However both drugs can be used if the GERD is severe as benefits outweigh the harm in use to both you and the baby.

wishing you best of health

thanks
