Pregnant or false alarm ?

My period is really irregular. But for the past 4 months they’ve been going normally. I have 5 day cycles and recently around 32 to 36 days later I would get my next period but my last period was on may 15-20 and I had sex June 6 but he didn’t ejaculated inside me. For the last 6 days I had cramps, having to pee more than usual, shortness of breath, and my breast were sore. I had cramps about a week before this but they went away. So I was starting to think I was pregnant. But then yesterday, I notice a brown discharge in my underwear and then hours later I got my "period" I was heavily bleeding every time I stood up and I kept getting a really sharp pain in my lower stomach plus some back pain as well, and then today I’m still having mood swings, sudden cramps that come and go and my breast are no longer sore but they seem fuller. Could this mean that all along I was going to get my period, or could I still be pregnant?

It sounds like a period which means you are not pregnant.

Could have been a chemical pregnancy where the body rejects the fertilized egg before it fully implants because of some genetic problems with the egg.

that happened to me and i had to go to the doctor to see if i had a miscarriage and it was actually a bunch of built up blood that was finally releasing and just coming out all at once. it was from me being irregular before i got on birth control and being on birth control. it sucked mine lasted for about 3 and half weeks.
