Pregnant or abortion effects ?

hi,
I got an anenbrionary pregnacy in steptember, got an abortion on the hospital in 12th november.My period came again in 14th december , from de 12th november to 14th december my husband and I had caution, but after we started trying again.before this last "period" in the 16th january i had all the simptoms of pregancy (sleepy, hungry, feeling bloated) but on the 15th i had a spoting of a very dark brown blood, on the 16th it came the period but very light and bright red, on the 17th it was a little more intense but yet very few for what i'm used to, but it continued bright red with some pieces of what i think is the endometrium, on the 18th it practly disapear and on the 19th it's gone. my normal is 5 days straight and intense. and wath's puzzling me is that all of this time my cervix was always hight soft and medium closed. i'm still feeling sleepy and hungry. but i took the test on the 16th and it came back neg. could i be pregnant? or is this still the effects of the abortion?
