Nowadays to conceive is really a big task because of lifestyle changes. I would recommend having sex frequently two to three times a week, but every other day if you can shortly after you stop menstruating to cover your window of pre-ovulation. Daily intercourse during the days leading up to ovulation might increase the odds of conception. Maintain a healthy weight, involved in moderate physical activity in your daily routine, eat a healthy diet, limit caffeine and keep yourself away from stress. Infertility affects both men and women and treatment is available. Depending on the source of the problem

If you missed your periods and you think you are pregnant, you must go for a pregnancy test and hope for positive results. And if results are negative, don't loose hope, try to conceive by concerning to a doctor or simply make some changes in your daily life.
