Pregnant Conception Date Please!!

I am 23 weeks Pregnant I have had two ultrasounds done one was done November 23 and it showed a 5week 4day fetus due date July 21 and I had another one done February 22 that showed me at 19weeks on the head with a due date of July 19th. I have always had an irregular period starting anywhere from the 14 to the 19 of each month. I am in a relationship with a guy but on November 1 I had a fling with an Ex is it possible for me to have conceived on that day (Nov.1)? Or am I too far along?

I am trying to do the calculations on this.

If you are 23 weeks pregnant, you would generally count from the beginning of your last period, but since yours are irregular it's quite hard to tell.

If you were 5 weeks pregnant on the 23rd of November, you would have conceived approximately 3 weeks before that, on or around the beginning of November. So yes, unless I have counted really really badly, I would think it quite possible that you have conceived at this time.

Did you have sex with the person you are in a relationship around this time too?

If you only had sex with your ex around the beginning of November, the baby is likely to be his.
