Anyone know the difference between a prenatal and a standard multivitamin? Some of the answers out there can be confusing..I would be happy to share

The important difference is the content of "folate" or folic acid included to minimize the chances of birth defects. In some countries folic acid is included in cereal for the same reason. Folate (vitamin B9) is also found in beans, lentils, spinach, asparagus, lettuce and broccoli.
