What are the chances that I can have another child? I had my tubes tied after my second child almost 6 years ago, an endometrial ablation 3 years ago due to heavy and irregular periods. I missed a period last month or am I starting menopause. Because my body is going thru some changes

Welcome to ehealthforum

After tying tubes, then ablation chances of pregnancy are remote. It might be possible that you are undergoing some hormonal changes but it would require a pelvic examination and evaluation to rule out the exact cause.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for detailed evaluation.
