Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the missed periods and your pregnancy status without evaluating you. If you are not pregnant, the possible causes for your missed periods/spotting could include endometrial changes, PCOS, ovarian suppression, thyroid dysfunction, use of certain medications, changes in stress levels or lifestyle, hormonal derangements, etc. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation (physical examination, blood and hormonal work-up, ultrasound scan) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you get your periods and regulate them. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
