Pregnancy test after missing period

im 23 years old and my period has been regular down to a time always, on my due daye this month i had all normal symptoms, cranky, cravings horrible cramps but no bleeding it has now been 4 days and my cramps are easing, as they normally would, but still no bleeding, my husband and i have been trying to concieve, could this have anything to do with it????

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

If you always have your periods on the due date and this month you did not have and have been trying to conceive, then you must take a pregnancy test and see if you have conceived.

If your test is negative then you repeat them after a week if you still do not have periods. If you do, then of course you are not. Hope this helps. Take care!
