Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is not uncommon to see women getting pregnant even while being on Depo shot. If the symptoms persist and you still suspect chances of pregnancy, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). If pregnancy gets ruled out, further investigations would be needed to look for the underlying cause. Get started on treatment as indicated by your examination findings/investigation results. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
Take care.
