Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your normal fertility can come back within a month’s time (depending on duration and type of birth control used). The chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out completely. Your symptoms could be suggestive of possibility of early pregnancy. Wait and watch for your next periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of pregnancy. If you suspect to be pregnant, visit your doctor/gynecologist for examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water.
Take care.
