Pregnancy scare, my tummy feels a little bigger

Hi, okay so I'm having a wierd situation. I first want to start off by saying I had Protected sex on july 31st, it lasted about 15 mins and he did not cum inside me as far as he knows. No problems were to be found with the condom. Then, I got my period on august 16th, 5 days with heavy bleeding. So i felt fine. THEN i took a pregnancy test 5 days ago that came back negative. Well, that should be enough to soothe my worries, but there is a problem, my tummy feels a little bigger and harder and has for about 3 weeks now. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms else than back pain(i sit in a highschool desk all day and that started when school did.. But it is a burning feeling in my back about the middle of my spine! But i just need help. Please, somebody. I'm young.. and my boyfriends at basic training and can't be here to soothe my mind! Ah I don't know what to think, what could it be? PMS? my period is scheduled to start the 12th or around then should i wait it out? Give me some feedback THANKYOU

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Pregnancy chances cannot be ruled out if pre-cum or semen came in contact with vagina directly during your sexual contact. The symptoms that you describe could be suggestive of possibility of early pregnancy. Wait and watch for your periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. If you do not start with periods within 10 days of expected period dates or if you develop any new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy, or if you get abnormal periods, consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.

Thank you so much. I took another test, negative. I do have ovarian cysts so I'm hoping it is that.
