Pregnancy risk from grinding naked

Hello, I made a very stupid mistake 3 or 4 weeks ago, me and my boyfriend were grinding naked, we rubbed our genitals against each other for like 5 minutes.
There was no intercourse no ejaculation nor penetration, just rubbing.(I'm still a virgin btw) My period is 3 or 4 weeks late now and i have been having a white discharge for a while since then.
I tried pregnancy tests on 2 different dates, both were negative (one after 14dayz and the second 7 days later).
Im very confused after going on many forums saying that tests are not accurate and some women tested negative even when they were actually pregnant. I'm getting very paranoid about this, please help me ease my mind with a clear answer.

You only have two early pregnancy signs, a missed period and lotion discharge. Missing are things like weird cramps, fatigue, breast and nip changes, peeing more often, backache and positive test ..... Could the discharge be an infection? Do you know if your partner has been sexually active with someone else?

Your missed period may be naturally occurring or the result of the sexual excitement. Your encounter was within days of your expected period and therefore not in the fertile window. I think you should wait to see if your next period shows and take one more test if it does not. Then visit a doc to have the discharge examined.

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

FYI, Pregnancy can occur, only when ejaculation occurs within the vagina, and when the woman is within the fertile period of your cycle. This period is from day 12 to day 16 of a 28 day menstrual cycle.

In addition, Pregnancy can occur, only when ejaculation occurs within the vagina. Normally during sex, when ejaculation occurs inside the vagina, about 3 ml of semen (with upto 60 million sperms per ml) is deposited inside the vagina, and most of it is ejected (pushed deep) into the uterus, through the cervix. But only thousands of capacitated sperms enter the fallopian tube and only 300-500 reach the ovum, and only one of those sperms can fertilize the ovum.

Dry humping (sexual foreplay with cloths on), Genital rubbing or Mutual masturbation - including vaginal fingering , hugging or foreplay without involving vaginal penetration & ejaculation does not result in pregnancy.

In your case, since there was no ejaculation inside the vagina, there was no risk of pregnancy and you need not worry about pregnancy.

I hope this helps.

My period was on November 28th and my ovulation day was on the 13th if my cycle is the 28 day cycle. We had a bit of screwing around on the 15th. There was no penetration nor ejaculation, only rubbing for a few seconds then he suggested that he should put on condom. Will I be pregnant? Should I take Plan B? Please reply asap. It's been 2 days since we've done that and my next period should be on the 26th.
