Hi there i am currently pregnant with my second child after almost 10 years dont get me wrong this is something i wanted im over the moon with having a second baby buy in the past weeks i've been having anxiety about what if i have a misscarriage and also been thinking of death ALOT IM CURRENTLY 14 WEEKS PREGNANT PLEASE YOUR ADVICE WOULD HELP ME ALOT I DONT LIKE TALKING ABOUT HOW I FEEL AND MY FEELINGS IM VERY GOOD AT KEEPING THINGS TO MYSELF I ALSO SOMETIMES FEEL AS IF IM NOT PREGNANT BECAUSE I DONT SHOW MY BELLY IS A BIT BIG FROM MY FIRST PREGNANCY SO SOMETIMES I FEEL NOT SO PREGNANT BECAUSE IM NOT SHOWING AGAIN THANK YOU FOR READING I AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its the problem with most of the pregnant ladies especially young. Psychotherapy sessions like CBT and relaxation excercises are all that's needed.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
