Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
PCOS usually responds to treatment with insulin modifiers like Glucophage. The symptoms of mild back pain, abdominal cramps, flu like symptoms, increased vaginal discharge, frequent urination, increased appetite could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptoms. Wait and watch for your periods. You should consider visiting your gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. If urine infection/UTI is suspected, go ahead with getting urine analysis done. If you suspect chances of pregnancy, avoid any self medication. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist/obstetrician and report any unusual/abnormal/new symptoms immediately.
Take care.
