Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Sometimes it can be delayed detection of pregnancy due to your hormones not showing up. Chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. Repeat blood HCG level or get blood beta HCG level test to confirm/rule out pregnancy in next 2-3 weeks time.
If pregnancy is ruled out, a PAP smear test, blood & hormonal work-up and ultrasound scan would be needed to look for other underlying causes like uterine fibroids, polyps, cervix erosion, cervical cancer, PID, hormonal imbalances etc.
Take care.
