pregnancy after ventral hernia repair

I had ventral hernia repair three years ago with mesh.Now after three years me and my husband are willing to have another child but I am afraid to get pregnant tho I want the child too.

You may or may not develop a recurrence of your hernia if you get pregnant, but you may also develop a recurrence even if you don't get pregnant. If your OB doctor and your surgeon see no contraindications to your becoming pregnant, then the choice is yours.
