Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your spinal fusion surgery should not pose much risks except in advanced pregnancy. When in advanced pregnancy you need to be in constant supervision under your obstetrician. As the baby grows the stress on your back will become more which might lead to increase in pain and discomfort. Discuss your pregnancy plans with your gynecologist before going ahead with it to be clear about your options. A C-section might be needed to reduce the stress on your back during delivery. You should consider giving atleast 3-5 years gap between surgery and pregnancy.
Take care.
