Hello,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. Partial hysterectomy is when the uterus is removed and ovaries and cervix are left behind. There is no uterus to carry the fetus. So in such cases, we take the ovaries from the mother and sperms from the father and fertilize them in vitro and transfer it to a womb of a surrogate mother. You should discuss this option with your gynecologist.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
