precum on the outside of thin pants

User Profile
Can precum cause a pregnancy if it is placed on the outside of thin pants? Is washing your hands enough to kill all sperm present? Can an object such as a phone transfer sperm and cause a pregnancy? If a girl have a handjob with no ejaculation but precum was present and touched the outside of her pants could she become pregnant? She washed her hands almost immediately multiple times. Also if she went to the bathroom 30-45 minutes after the fact could she become pregnant from wiping?
