Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

No, there is nothing wrong in masturbating daily. The number of times a person masturbates depends on his mental condition at that time (happy, sad, worried etc), on his sexual needs and on the stimulation provided by his environment. All that can be said is that masturbation is a healthy. It helps relieve sexual and mental tension, is thought to provide a good night’s sleep and maybe even prevent prostate cancer and migraine attack. However, going overboard, applying too much force etc can also cause injury. Hence one should be careful.

Preejaculate is a secretion from the urethra of male under arousal and acts as a lubricating fluid. Normally it contains no sperms. However if a man has ejaculated in the last 24 hours, it may contain some old sperms. Normally these do not cause pregnancy unless this falls deep into vagina and the woman has already ovulated.

Applying this or semen on the finger and inserting it into vagina rarely causes pregnancy because most sperms die on coming in contact with skin and air. However it is advisable to refrain from such practices. Hope this helps. Take care!
