Hello all,

I am almost 2 years post transplant and I have been working out here and there since my doctor gave me the okay. I am confident in my skills now and want to increase my strength and muscle. I am wondering if there are any pre workouts available that are more kidney safe.

If you are completely healthy and your doctor has certified that you can resume exercises, then you should have no doubts about it.
