Hi my wife has post concussion and has had a ct scan which came back normal , she was slowly improving but the car broke down yesterday which I was driving and we had a pickup truck take us home and now she is worse again due to the vibrations of the truck, will this fade or do I need to go back to the doctor?

You mentioned that your wife had a concussion but you did not explain what you meant by her current worsening condition.

Has she had any confusion or mental status changes
Did she vomit or have a seizure or severe headache

If there are no fits ,headache or altered mental status or vomiting then most likely it is the effect of the travel and the trauma.

However to be on the safe side you should take her to the doctor to get her checked out and this decide accordingly.
