User Profile
I am 34 and have had pain in my right breast that seemed to get worse right befote my period would start, for 10+years not just discomfort but pain and it would even hurt to touch that breast. I just had 17 teeth pulled on 2/14/12 and now the pain and even the lumpiness are all but gone?? Is it possible my sore glands in my breast were from rotten teeth?? I am stumped Any advice or thoughts about what is going on would be gteat

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Breast tissue responds to the hormonal changes in your body that occur during menstrual cycle. The symptoms could be due to the changes in the breast tissue in response to the hormonal changes before your period. If you have noticed any other obvious changes in breast, consider getting an examination done by your doctor/gynecologist. If there has been history of breast cancer in your family, you should consider getting a screening mammogram along with tumor marker test done will be helpful to predict your chances of developing breast cancer. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
