Possibility of pregnancy??

Ok, so I had some issues back a few months ago. I had came of b.c pills in July of 2010. Well I had my period that august, but then none at all for 4 months!! Well I wasn't preggers, my doc said it is common for women to have problems with their periods after coming off b.c. Well he prescribed me Provera, to bring on my period. Well sure enough 10 days later right on scheduel my period came. Jan. 13th and lasted til Jan 18th. Wasn't too heavy, but it was def my period. My husband and I have been TTC since I came off my b.c back in July. My doc said once my period was back, things should be back on track to get pregnant. Now it is Feb 23rd and I am 2 weeks late for my period. I DID ovulate Jan 23rd through Jan 26th! I had some pink/brownish spotting Feb 3rd through the 5th. With some cramping. which might have been implantation spotting/cramping. Now today I haven't had anything since, and I am now 2 weeks late, about 3 days ago my nipples started hurting and getting sore. But not my breasts. I also have nausea that comes and goes. I have taken numerous tests, first responce, dollar tree, ept, EVERYTHING! They were neg, except for one of the dollar tree ones that had a VERY faint line on it. But that was a couple days before my missed period. I haven't taken one since then. I am freaking out, and don't know whats wrong with me. Could I be pregnant, with all these symptoms? I'm not stressed or anything so I know that it's not that. I just need some advice before I decide to make a doc appt to get a blood test done. Thanks! (sorry this is so long!)
