I was with a guy who I later found out was highly likely to be HIV positive. There was no vaginal intercourse, he jerked off a little bit, then fingered my anus for a short amount of time. What are the chances of infection if there was pre-cum on his finger?

Extremely eHealthy
If you had fluid contact (not blood) but no penetrative sex, then the chances are very low. Get tested. If you're single and sexually active you should be getting tested twice a year anyhow.
