Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Consider repeating the antibody titers after a month of completing the treatment course prescribed. If the values are under control, your treating doctor/gynecologist will give you a clear ticket for trying for pregnancy. If the infection is cured, chances of having healthy and successful pregnancy are possible. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
